We are looking for a talented Senior Unity Developer to join our growing team and assist with the development of an innovative VR/AR urban planning project. The position is fully remote, but preference will be given to candidates located in Spain or Portugal. We are grant-funded and focused on using Unity to build immersive, real-time collaborative environments, integrating external modules and real-time data.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Unity developer to work on a cutting-edge project that blends urban planning, VR, real-time communication, and IoT data integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom Unity scripts for VR/AR environments.
  • Integrate external modules such as Rainbow SDK, WebRTC, and Cortex2 SDK. See more at https://developers.openrainbow.com/home
  • Handle real-time data integration and scene synchronization in a collaborative environment.
  • Optimize and test for VR platforms, including Meta Quest.

Required Skills:

  • Expert-level Unity and C# scripting experience.
  • Strong experience with third-party API and module integration (Rainbow SDK, WebRTC, etc.).
  • Knowledge of IoT data integration and real-time collaboration.
  • Proven experience in VR/AR development, with a focus on performance and optimization.
  • Experience with Git for version control (GitLab/GitHub).

Preferred Location:

  • Remote, with a preference for candidates located in the EU, especially Spain or Portugal.
